Tomasz Gondko

Tomasz is a licensed attorney-at-law (Polish: radca prawny). After completing his law degree in 2001, he worked as a corporate lawyer for a large number of organisations at the same time. In 2010, he was registered as an attorney-at-law by the Regional Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law (RIRP) in Katowice. Since 2011, he has been a practising attorney, working for business clients, including foreign-owned companies, based in all parts of Poland and with operations in various industries. He has also advised foundations, associations, religious organisations, and flat owners associations (FOAs). He has a track record of advising clients in investment projects, including construction and warehousing, as well as on matters covering energy law, government licences, excise duty, hazardous materials, strategic reserves, environmental protection, personal data protection (GDPR), and legal compliance. Tomasz represents clients in court proceedings at general courts, the Supreme Court of Poland, and administrative courts, including the Supreme Administrative Court. He also acts as a representative for his clients vis-à-vis the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, and the President of the Government Agency for Strategic Reserves (RARS). He has served as a member of an arbitration court for one of his clients and as a supervisor for a law graduate training towards a licence to practise as an attorney-at-law. He is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of Russian and German.

Iwona Rauch

Attorney-at-law, graduate of the University of Silesia in Katowice, completed her law studies with honours. She defended her master's thesis, which was awarded in the competition organised by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection for the best master's thesis in the field of consumer protection. Author of several scientific publications in the form of articles in scientific journals and co-author of a chapter in a book publication. She was entered on the list of legal advisers of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Katowice in 2018. She has been associated with the Law Firm since 2014. She has experience in providing services to companies, foundations, associations, educational institutions and individuals. At the Law Firm, she deals in particular with cases in the field of civil law (primarily inheritance law, property law, consumer law and issues related to housing communities), labour law and administrative law. She is fluent in English and very good in Italian, as well as communicative in German.

Jakub Znamirowski


trainee attorney-at-law, entered on the list of trainee attorneys-at-law of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Katowice (Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych w Katowicach). A graduate of the University of Białystok. He completed three independent postgraduate courses: tax law, financial analyst of markets and securities, and customs law. He holds an Accounting Specialist certificate issued by the Accountants Association in Poland. Since 2020, he has been gaining experience in providing legal services to entrepreneurs, particularly in the areas of tax law, commercial law and accounting. He speaks English and Russian at a communicative level.

As part of our activities, we offer, among others:
- ongoing legal services – our lawyers are available to Clients via telephone and email; they may also be present at the Client’s premises on specified days each week. This service is provided on a continuous basis, under the terms agreed in the contract with the Client.
- one-off assignments – in situations where the Client requires legal assistance in a specific matter. This service is not of a permanent nature.
